Delivery
BabywearUK aims to despatch all products ordered through the website within 3-5 working days of receipt of order and full payment. In the event of unavoidable delays, BabywearUK will make every endeavour to contact the customer and notify them of the revised expected delivery date. BabywearUK does not accept any liability resulting from this.
Please note that occasionally, due to the nature of the fabric dyeing process, there may be slight variations in colour shades between garments. BabywearUK accept no liability for this as it is an inherent part of the manufacturing process.
Returns Policy
We accept products returned by our customers as long as they are in the same condition as we sent them (i.e. they are unused and are still in their original packaging). A full refund will be made in this case. The customer is liable for the cost of sending the product back to us. BabywearUK does not accept any responsibility for modifications made to the garments after they have been shipped from our factory e.g. screen printed, embroidery, alteration etc. Garments can only be returned to us if they are in their original condition.
